Regarding Upgrade and Registration for Legacy CommMonitor 8.0/10.0/11.0:

  • 8.0/10.0 users can pay the price difference to upgrade to a 12.0 permanent registration code, or continue using the old version. 11.0 Network Edition users can simply log in to 12.0 directly.

  • Effective: 2021-01-01. Registrations for legacy CommMonitor 8.0/10.0/11.0 and CommTone 7.0/7.1 are no longer accepted.



1. Network Edition Plans:

Method A: PC login with account and password. No restriction on which computer, but the account cannot be used on multiple computers simultaneously, similar to QQ - you cannot use it on different computers at the same time.


Method B: Scan the QR code on the software using the WeChat Mini Program for authorized login. Can be used on offline computers without network access.Usage Restriction Statement:

Your purchased network account authorizes up to the number of computer devices in your plan per day. Devices within your plan can be authorized for unlimited scanning sessions.

You must not transfer or sell the scanned authorization login codes for profit. Any such activity will result in the network account being banned.
